Concerning continual DC when using any self-rejuvenation skills.

Sorry but another problem came up. I realize when I use healing for priest or drain for assassins, I always DC. THen I went around to ask. THe priest oso say they getting the same problem. Hope u guyz can fix it ^^ Luv ya guys
